We are looking for you for our business area in Dortmund with around 170 employees. For our customers in the banking and finance sector, we develop software for the digitization of business processes from architecture to implementation. We rely on standard technologies but also keep an eye on new developments. With us, you will work in the dynamic environment of an IT company with current technologies and IT systems. Your tasks: Support in the further development and implementation of the enterprise architecture Creation and presentation of business cases and release plans for senior management Building and maintaining relationships with departments, bringing technical expertise into product concepts Participation in the definition of the IT strategy and alignment of projects to this strategy Ensuring product functions and process improvements within the enterprise architecture Participation in interdisciplinary product development teams and consulting as a technical expert Monitoring technological trends and identifying opportunities for future systems Contribution to R&D projects and possibly leading these projects according to project management standards Mentoring and supporting junior architects and business analysts What you bring: Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in software or product development with a focus on architecture Experience in IT consulting or project management Knowledge of enterprise architecture, business information modeling, and system design Ability to connect technology with business strategies and use consulting expertise Broad knowledge of current technologies, tools, and methods in software development You benefit from among other things: Flexible working hours in a flexible time model and full remote / occasionally in the office 30 days of vacation per year Free use of the LinkedIn Learning platform Individual training opportunities and regular feedback discussions Company pension scheme Fitness area and lounge with foosball and game console in the office Team events and company parties Free cold and hot drinks
