• Prepare ingredients and handle baking equipment with proficiency.
• Develop pastries, baked goods, and confections following designated recipes.
• Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure appealing and tasteful presentation.
• Collaborate with customers to plan and customize desserts and pastries for special occasions.
• Monitor baking ingredient inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in the pastry section.

• Possess a certificate in culinary arts or a related field.
• Have at least three years of experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or in a relevant role.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
• Showcase creative ability and artistic skills in cake decoration and dessert presentation.
• Display keen attention to detail in all aspects of pastry preparation.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
