Order Production Specialist

We're looking for a professional to join our team as a Produce Order Writer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in their community and beyond.

• Responsibilities include purchasing and replenishing produce through proper buying procedures.
• Acting on open PO reports for both purchases and credits in an accurate and timely manner.
• Controlling spoilage and shrink, achieving turn goals, participating in inventory management.
• Completing worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep as required.
• Maximizing sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising procedures.
• Ensuring orders are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Overseeing customer special order procedure.
• Analyzing and controlling product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Supporting leadership in conducting inventories.
