Join our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in the complete order fulfillment cycle, from picking and packing to quality control and preparing items for shipment. We operate in a fast-paced logistics environment where efficiency and precision are paramount. Safety is our top priority, and we provide extensive training, along with requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Efficiently pack orders into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and any required documentation to packages.
- Prepare orders for shipment by staging them in designated areas.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, following strict safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting order information.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory control.
- A strong dedication to safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
