Become a key player in our fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! This role is essential for processing and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy within our dynamic logistics environment. Your duties will include picking products, packing orders securely, labeling shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace. We are committed to providing a safe working atmosphere, and you will be required to follow all Safety guidelines and utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves active movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to handle various items, including tasks involving regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding areas.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Meet productivity and quality standards in a timely manner.
