Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse locations based on order information.
- Inspect picked items for damage or discrepancies.
- Pack items carefully using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify that orders are complete and correct before shipment.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly packing station and work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and wear necessary PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Report any issues with inventory or orders promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform continuous Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Dependable and punctual.
