We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our fast-paced logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This includes picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will work with cutting-edge warehouse technology and be expected to maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy. Safety is our top priority, so adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting items of various weights. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including wearing required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
