Join our vibrant logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Miami, Florida! This position is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, supporting various functions from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for handling inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are seeking energetic individuals who are committed to Safety and possess a strong attention to detail. Your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will work with a diverse range of products, requiring adaptability and efficiency. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to follow established Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. This role requires regular physical activity, including Lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Inspect products for damage and report issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
