We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts! In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. We seek individuals who are reliable, work well under pressure, and understand the importance of quality in fulfillment operations. This is a great chance to be part of a bustling logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Assemble and seal packages for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for outgoing transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Wear necessary PPE, such as safety glasses and footwear, at all times.
- Capable of consistent Lifting of packages weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
