Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Verify counts and quality of materials being handled.
- Stage materials for production, shipping, or receiving as directed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material identification and placement.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Participate in ongoing safety training to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, typically up to 70 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and material flow.
- Excellent physical coordination and stamina.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Reliable and committed to a safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet performance targets.
