We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is integral to our supply chain and logistics network, supporting the efficient movement and storage of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment. This position involves physical activity and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed (certification may be required).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within our logistics operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
