We are seeking energetic and responsible individuals to manage the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping them out. This role requires precision, speed, and a dedication to accuracy. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. Working in a dynamic warehouse environment, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols.
