We are seeking a reliable Shipping Clerk to manage outbound logistics from our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and documenting outgoing shipments, ensuring they meet carrier requirements and company standards. You will work closely with the shipping carriers, verify shipment details, and maintain organized records. A keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to efficient logistics operations are essential. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products reach their destinations promptly and without issue. Join a growing team in a vital sector of the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments accurately.
- Verify shipment details, including addresses, weights, and quantities.
- Schedule pickups with various shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL freight).
- Generate shipping labels and required documentation.
- Ensure packages are properly labeled and secured for transit.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and records.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, internal teams, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient shipping area.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
