We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is critical to the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and preparing orders for shipment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle within our facility. You will handle incoming inventory, verify contents, stock shelves accurately, pick items for customer orders, and assist with packing and staging for dispatch. A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Safety is paramount; all associates must adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, and participate in ongoing safety training. This position involves significant Lifting and requires physical stamina and mobility. You will be an indispensable part of our logistics network, ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Stocking and organizing inventory in designated locations.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment (training provided for suitable candidates).
- Participating in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
