We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our state-of-the-art facility in Provo, Utah. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and safe flow of materials throughout the warehouse, contributing directly to our robust logistics operations. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will be handling the loading and unloading of trucks, transferring goods to and from designated areas, and assisting with inventory management. Maintaining the forklift and reporting any maintenance issues promptly is also a key responsibility. A strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This role involves significant physical activity and requires individuals comfortable with lifting and moving items as part of their daily tasks. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trailers and containers.
- Transport goods to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Perform pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any defects.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Follow all logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
