Job Summary:
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This dynamic role is at the forefront of our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be a key player in our logistics chain, handling a variety of products and utilizing warehouse technology. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and we provide comprehensive training and the necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring correct items, quantities, and product protection.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
  • Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Be prepared for regular physical activity, including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Utilize provided PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed.
  • Contribute to achieving daily picking and packing targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting moderate weight (up to 40 lbs).
  • Willingness to wear required PPE .
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations is helpful.
