In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A commitment to **Safety** is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all **Safety** guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to **Lifting** and moving materials, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our **Logistics** operations run effectively, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Conduct inventory counts as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of **Logistics** operations.
- Perform tasks involving **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to **Lifting** and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of **Safety** regulations and the importance of **PPE**.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
