Opportunity awaits in Nashville, Tennessee! We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to contribute to our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods, from receiving and stocking to picking and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will directly impact our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and prioritize safety in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock merchandise onto shelves and designated areas.
- Efficiently pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in a dynamic logistics setting. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential. Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE is required. This role is key to our logistics success, demanding teamwork and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
