In this position, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail ensures that our customers receive exactly what they ordered, making you a vital part of our logistics process. We prioritize workplace safety, and all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols. This role involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods while navigating the warehouse. Experience with RF scanners is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick sheets to identify and retrieve products.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
