Your primary responsibilities will include locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining organized work areas. We prioritize employee safety, requiring the use of appropriate PPE and strict adherence to all safety protocols. This position demands physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and the ability to work quickly on your feet. Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Locate products efficiently within the warehouse.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Verify product information and quantities for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet established productivity targets for picking.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
