Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety guidelines, including those for safe Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order details and product quantities.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing goals.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
