Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! We are looking for dedicated individuals to handle the entire fulfillment process, from receiving and storing inventory to accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area, utilizing various warehouse equipment, and adhering to strict Safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Process and prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and management.
  • Contribute to efficient logistics operations through teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse fulfillment or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting, typically up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Commitment to following Safety protocols.
  • Must be able to work in a standing, walking, and bending environment for extended periods.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and footwear.
