We are hiring Warehouse Workers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to support our extensive logistics network. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient handling of goods, contributing to the seamless operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities will span receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position demands physical capability, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold our high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming freight from various carriers.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and discrepancies; report any issues.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications for customer fulfillment.
- Pack orders securely to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE is mandatory.
