As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using RF scanners.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics flow.
- Handle goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
