Our Distribution Center in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, encompassing a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all company policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are mandatory. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of performing manual labor, including regular Lifting. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to a team. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Operate various material handling equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role for the entire shift.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
