Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification/training may be provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Understand and practice safe **Lifting** techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced **Logistics** setting.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
