Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outbound **Logistics**.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification/training may be provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Understand and practice safe **Lifting** techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced **Logistics** setting.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
