As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.
- Pick items from inventory for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, moving, and organizing of goods.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring efficient flow of goods.
- Understand and follow guidelines for warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational deadlines.
- Follow all standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
We seek candidates who are reliable, punctual, and possess strong physical stamina for consistent Lifting and standing. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety are essential. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
