Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Retrieve and deliver materials to production or shipping areas as required.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report damaged materials or discrepancies.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
