Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify the contents of each order before packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and surrounding area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear all required PPE at all times during work hours.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Assist with receiving and stocking as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a strong asset.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and commitment to using PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
