We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Antonio, Texas. This role is central to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all stages of the fulfillment process, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. You will handle a variety of products, utilizing warehouse equipment and systems to maintain productivity. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere. We are committed to fostering a safe workplace through comprehensive training and the consistent use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock inventory in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics.
- Requires regular standing, walking, and moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency with scanning technology and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards in all tasks.
- Physical stamina for sustained activity and lifting.
