Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our fulfillment center, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is essential to our logistics network, guaranteeing that products reach our customers in a timely manner. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety and efficiency are paramount. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- A commitment to safety and teamwork.
