Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Seattle, Washington, is seeking diligent Distribution Center Associates to contribute to our **logistics** operations. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks crucial for efficient warehouse functioning, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
  • Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
  • Follow all **safety** procedures and guidelines diligently.
  • Wear and use all required **PPE** consistently.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to efficient **logistics** flow and team goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or **logistics** role is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of warehouse **safety** principles and commitment to using **PPE**.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to operational changes.
