Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Seattle, Washington, is seeking diligent Distribution Center Associates to contribute to our **logistics** operations. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks crucial for efficient warehouse functioning, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear and use all required **PPE** consistently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** flow and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or **logistics** role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** principles and commitment to using **PPE**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operational changes.
