Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders from inventory shelves.
- Verify order accuracy and product quality before packaging.
- Prepare shipments by boxing items, applying labels, and completing necessary documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or conveyors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work area.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse **logistics** is an asset.
- Must be able to wear and utilize required **PPE**.
