Strict adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent movement and the ability to perform moderate Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order slips.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Use scanning devices to update inventory status in real-time.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our Logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
