We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in Detroit, Michigan. This leadership role is crucial for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring peak efficiency, accuracy, and an uncompromising commitment to Safety. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating warehouse staff, optimizing workflow for inbound and outbound logistics, managing inventory control, and implementing operational improvements. Your leadership will ensure that all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are strictly followed. You will play a key role in training and developing your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and resolving any operational challenges. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices are essential. While not a core function, you may occasionally need to assist with tasks requiring Lifting to support your team.
