We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in New York City, New York. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the highest standards of Safety. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating shipments, optimizing workflow, and maintaining inventory integrity. You will be responsible for training and developing your team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics and best practices. You will also play a key role in implementing and enforcing Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to motivate a team and drive performance is crucial. While not a primary function, some tasks may involve occasional Lifting to assist the team.
