Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, Missouri! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our warehouse's efficient and safe operations. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will encompass receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing items for shipment, and participating in inventory management. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to meet daily targets and maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all team members are required to strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and use the designated PPE. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with warehouse equipment and systems is beneficial. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized work environment and assisting with stock rotation. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the logistics and distribution industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all Safety guidelines meticulously and wear appropriate PPE.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Regular Lifting and moving of inventory is expected as part of the job.
