As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our diverse customer base. We are committed to fostering a safe work environment and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical capability, including the ability to perform substantial Lifting, standing, and walking throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels and records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to fulfilling responsibilities.
