Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate at our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. This role offers a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our logistics hub, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, efficient, and safe working environment. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- Perform duties involving moderate lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable. Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. A commitment to safety and following instructions is essential. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics success.
