We are seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities include locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, accurately counting and verifying picked items, and carefully packing them for shipment to ensure they arrive safely. You will also assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining an organized inventory. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory. This position demands attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. The role involves consistent Lifting of products, so physical stamina is essential. Experience with RF scanners and order fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
