We are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer / Systems Analyst to support the creation of a harmonized product range requirements framework across mechatronic products and software platforms (mobile, cloud, OS).
Your Impact
- Consolidate and structure conflicting requirements into clear, scalable, and reusable designs.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to align business and technical needs.
- Apply UML modeling and best practices to ensure traceability and modular design.
- Drive migration from Jira to Codebeamer and support requirements management processes.
Your Profile
- Degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Engineering (ETH/Technical University).
- 5-8 years of experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, UML, and modular design.
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering and ALM / requirements tools.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Strong consulting mindset, independent thinking, and analytical skills.
