The Role We’re looking for
five
inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a
hands‑on leadership role
that balances delivery leadership with impactful ownership of high‑value product areas.
Your team may focus on:
Workflow and automation improvements
Core platform scalability and resilience
Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety. What You’ll Do
Serve as a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
Guide teams in designing, building, testing and shipping new features
Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and engineering excellence
Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
We’re seeking strong full‑stack engineers who lead by example. Leadership titles aren’t essential – but leadership behaviour

A strong full‑stack engineer with deep problem‑solving instincts
Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others
Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams

Motivated to build elegant, scalable, future‑ready solutions
Passionate about learning, improvement and collaboration
Core stack includes:
Experience with large‑scale, complex systems is a major advantage .
