Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Prescriber) – Home Visiting Service Location: Mid Nottinghamshire Start Date: February 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Rate: £45 LTD p/h Clinical System: SystmOne Mileage: £0.45 per mile Job Summary We are recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to support a Home Visiting Service across Mid Nottinghamshire. This role is ideal for a confident, autonomous clinician who is an independent prescriber and experienced in delivering high-quality care in community and home-based settings. Key Responsibilities Undertake home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients Prescribe independently in line with national and local clinical guidelines Manage acute and chronic conditions autonomously Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using SystmOne Escalate care and refer to appropriate services when required Essential Requirements Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner Independent Prescriber (V300) Proven experience working autonomously Confidence delivering care in a home visiting/community setting Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle Excellent clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills To enquire, please email Eleanor on (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
