*About the Role*
We service and maintain:
* Commercial rooftop units (RTUs)
* boilers and hydronic heating systems
* Communicating and advanced control systems
* Split systems, unit heaters, make-up air units, VFDs, and more
This position is ideal for:
* Experienced commercial service technicians
* OR strong residential techs with 5+ years ready to move into commercial work
*Requirements*
* *5+ years of HVAC experience* (Commercial preferred)
* EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
*Responsibilities*
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC equipment
* Service RTUs, boilers, communicating systems, and split systems
* Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
* Communicate findings clearly with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
* Complete electronic invoicing, forms, and job documentation
* Uphold company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
