Job description:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the management of the workload and ongoing projects. The PM will be responsible for project management, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, change management, and internal coordination, building on the ITIL, PMP, and ADKAR frameworks. You will also participate in the coordination of process engineering and business architecture to ensure process integration and alignment with ServiceNow.


Experience required:

  • ITSM project delivery, ServiceNow, cloud migration and SaaS implementation


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete project cycle (planning, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance)
  • Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and track project plans, diagrams, timelines and budgets
  • Organize follow-up meetings, write progress reports
  • Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in IT project management
  • Coordinate and lead project teams
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Support the development of project management procedures and tools, evaluate results, conduct post-implementation reviews and identify lessons learned


Minimum Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience as an IT project manager, ideally in the public/government sector
  • Mastery of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Good understanding of SDLC and experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency in project management software, collaborative tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and adapt to changes
