Overall Responsibilities


This position is responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate and prioritize projects. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting current business and new business development through developing timelines, tracking and monitoring project status, collaborating and building relationships with internal partners, and continuously optimizing overall project workflow.


Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties


• Develop and maintain Jamieson project timelines, communicating and coordinating tasks based on feedback from key stakeholders

• Assist in compiling product information in the development stages on new product proposals

• Execution and project management of the Jamieson brand innovation projects, from scoping to launch

• Keep all internal partners apprised of status and proactively communicate any possible issues

• Respond to inquiries regarding product information and requests for quote; Liaise with R&D, Finance, Logistics, Packaging Development and other appropriate departments to assist in quote development

• Implementation of customer strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Build a relationship with key stakeholders based on integrity, reliability and trust; to ensure all key stakeholders are held accountable for their tasks related to project timelines.

• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner

• Facilitate internal team meetings for customer set up and launches

• Project documentation maintenance

• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements


• Post-secondary education in business, science or related field

• Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in project management

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong business acumen and passion for delivering results

• Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask and manage deadlines and multiple stakeholder demands)

• Strong communication, conflict resolution and analytical skills

• A strong sense of urgency and achievement
