SAP Security & Authorization Consultant In this role you act as an internal consultant and take full ownership of a certain application, in this case that is for Security & Authorization. You will work together with various international internal stakeholders as well as with third parties, all supporting the business. This vacancy has opened due to an internal move within the team. You are fully responsible for incidents, changes, and projects related to this application as you have a very deep knowledge of the processes and systems involved. For this you need to keep your applications up to date, working closely with the basis team to install relevant updates. On productive systems, you are the one to guide and instruct the business on master data maintenance and housekeeping activities. On test systems, you take full ownership, always ready to conduct an end-to-end test, training, or demo session. You keep yourself trained and informed on the novelties in your area of expertise and you are aware and consulted of business trends within Refresco, so that you can anticipate requirements. You will be part of the dynamic and diverse Central IT team for Europe together with 40 colleagues, divided into 4 functional teams: Core Applications, Infrastructure & Networking, Enterprise Data Management, and Portfolio Management. The team of Infrastructure & Networking is a collaborative and great team to be part of. You will report to multicultural team of close to 20 colleagues. You will report into the Team Lead Access & Service Level Management Europe. The position In this great position you will be responsible for three important aspects: Contributing to projects, Handle system changes and improvements, and Solving incidents. More specifically this means the following:

• You will develop and roll out the Refresco authorization concept into different systems in our SAP-landscape (e.g. ERP, EWM, HCM)

• You will manage rollout of the Refresco authorization concept in business integration projects

• You will participate in other SAP related projects and implementations by supporting all security role design, configuration, and testing requirements

• Create, manage and optimize SAP authorizations respecting Segregation-of-Duty (SoD)

• Assist in creating and updating IT operational procedures related to user management, security, and risk mitigation

• Support in both internal and external IT-Audits (IT General Control, KRITIS, SOX) by managing regular reviews of user access rights, including quarterly access certifications and SOx-related control activities.

• Being responsible for incidents, you lead an offshore team (1-3 FTEs) whom you will coordinate. Aiming for optimal user satisfaction, you ensure the SLA compliance, through monitoring the performance and by taking corrective actions if required with the offshore team

• In the case of complex or high impact incidents, you will step in to analyse or resolve higher level incidents

• You organize and participate in escalation calls to ensure business satisfaction

• Support Emergency Access Management / Firefighter access requests, workflows, and related reviews

About You We are looking for an engaging and motivated SAP Consultant with the following qualifications and attributes:

• You have a Bachelor/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

• You have at least 3 years of working experience in the SAP Security & Authorization management field

• Proven experience leading external partners and teams while aligning business needs and influencing stakeholders toward shared goals and vision

• Comprehensive knowledge of authorization management within SAP ECC, S/4HANA, UI5/Fiori, SAP GRC (EAM, ARA, ARM)

• Basic knowledge of SAP modules as FI, CO, SD, MM.

• Fluent English, additional European language preferred.

• Solid communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
