Beacon Hill is seeking a Press Sales Coordinator for a 6-month maternity leave assignment. This role is based in Brighton, MA and offers $24/hr, 9am-5pm hours, and a provided PC laptop. Key Responsibilities: Manage bulk book order shipments from invoicing through delivery Coordinate foreign rights contracts, royalties, and invoicing Report Amazon preorder numbers to authors Support retail sales operations and occasional book mailings Update promotional information in the Edelweiss retailer database Communicate with clients and authors regarding invoices, payments, and order status Candidate Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Bonus: project management experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
