About the Role
As aNuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll play a vital role in performing diagnostic and emergency imaging procedures while ensuring each patient receives exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals
- Conducting imaging studies with precision and compassion
- Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures
- Minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives
- Educating patients and supporting a positive healthcare experience
Preferred and/or Additional Requirements Graduation from Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program or acceptable equivalent schooling Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/
Preferred and/or No Experience Required State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/
Preferred and/or Nuclear Medicine Technologist LicenseRequired Certifications/Registration Requirements Certificates/Registrations Required/
Preferred and/or BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)Required
