*Role Description*
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist located in Omaha, Ne. The primary responsibilities include assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily tasks involve creating tailored therapy plans, working closely with parents and caregivers, and documenting progress and outcomes. The role requires collaboration with other therapists and instructors to ensure comprehensive care in an aquatic environment. This role is solely for the provision of aquatic-based speech-language therapy treatment, not adaptive swim lessons.
*Qualifications*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* State licensure and certification from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
* Advocate for autonomy, communication choice (including echolalia, AAC, and non-speaking modalities), and child-led interaction
* Commitment to co-regulation practices and creating an emotionally safe, supportive environment for each child
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Experience with pediatric patients is preferred
* Experience in aquatics is a plus
*Shift Description*
4:15-7 pm on Tuesday OR Thursday at the Kroc Center, 2825 Y St
9 am - 1 pm on Saturdays OR Sundays at the Westview YCMA, 15800 Summit Plz Suite A

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
